Best Friends created SPDA to give shelters and rescues a free automated platform to interact with their data, compare it directly to similar groups and use it to inform daily decisions.
SPDA is the logical next step in Best Friend’s data support offerings, allowing groups to recognize critical needs as they arise whereas the Pet Lifesaving Dashboard runs off the previous year’s data.
A secure API pushes your data from your database into the platform. This integration is currently works with PetPoint. Other SMS providers will be available soon.
The admin you select in your account can upload data directly to the platform or connect automated data sharing through your shelter management software.
If you have reported your data to Best Friends anytime since 2016, your data will be pre-populated into your dashboard, allowing for year-over-year historical analysis.
